Q: What is the standard timeframe for order processing?
A: All orders submitted before 3pm on any business day are processed the same day. All other orders will be processed on the next business day. 

Q: What kind of packaging will my order arrive in?
A: All orders are discreetly packaged in plain satchels or boxes. Our business name is not labelled anywhere on the packaging, so you can shop with peace of mind.

Q: How long does it take to dispatch my order?
A: 
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of processing your order.

Q: Can I track my order? 
A: Yes. Parcel tracking is through Australia Post. We strive to complete orders and have them reach you within 8 business days at the most, though there may sometimes be unforeseen delays. Don't be concerned if you receive multiple tracking numbers, as we have multiple warehouses within Australia that we dispatch from. You can read more about our Shipping Policy here.

Q: What happens if my package goes missing during transit?

Pain and Pleasure can not take any responsibility for lost packages, but we do want to help! Please Contact Us and we will be happy to assist in rectifying any issues. 

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship anywhere within Australia. Unfortunately international shipping is not currently available.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: 
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can read all about the return policy here

Q: Do you have discount codes?
A: 
We are constantly running sales and discounts, some may require discount codes, others will automatically deduct the discount at checkout. Please note discount codes cannot be used on sale items, and only one code can be used per transaction.
